Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in consumer subscription/marketplace (wellness/communications/telemedicine/EdTech), managing P&L.
• Experience scaling supply operations (contact centers/gig) 1k–10k+ providers.
• In-depth knowledge of Trust & Safety and UGC policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy, vision, roadmap, and pricing.
• Implement growth and monetization strategies.
• Reduce churn and manage retention quality.
• Recruit and train companions; ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage trust and safety content policies.
• Oversee phased rollout of AI assistants.
