A leading AI training company is seeking an advanced chemist to join their remote team. You will engage with AI chatbots by presenting them with complex chemistry challenges and evaluating their responses. Ideal candidates have a background in chemistry and strong analytical skills. This role offers flexibility in project selection and schedules, with pay starting at £29.61 per hour, plus bonuses for high-quality work.

- Detail-oriented with strong chemistry knowledge.

- Give AI chatbots diverse and complex chemistry problems.
- Evaluate the outputs of AI models for correctness and performance.

We are looking for an advanced chemist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
- A completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Other related fields include, but are not limited to: Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist.
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
- Detail-oriented.
- Proficient in chemistry and inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
- Give AI chatbots diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
- This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position.
- Choose which projects you want to work on.
- Work on your own schedule.
- Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses on high-quality and high-volume work.
Pay: From £29.61 per hour
Work Location: Remote
