Job Description:
Manage the most complex client base, including unique lines of business, program structures, and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Transactional processing, follow-up, and securing recoveries, collateral, and timely, accurate system entry of all assigned client activities.
- Manage settlement of funds to and from clients to ensure contractual payment terms are met.
- Utilize KPIs and system tools to manage brokerage receivables, funding, retention, e-trading, post-booking receipts, ad hoc reporting, and transactional processes to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant service delivery.
- Collaborate with peers on complex or contentious business developments.
- Support, train, mentor, and guide team members in service processing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for complex interactions with clients, markets, and colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to work as part of a high-performance team with attention to detail.
- Effective workload management and expectation setting with clients, with the ability to challenge appropriately using facts and information.
- Understanding of project management, stakeholder management, and risk management.
- Ability to engage, influence, and negotiate professionally with clients, markets, and colleagues.
