Job summary

A national training organization is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Skills Coach for a home-based role with national travel. You will manage engineering and manufacturing apprentices, ensuring their welfare and development. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in engineering and coaching, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Requirements include a Level 3 Engineering qualification and a recognized teaching qualification. The role offers opportunities to promote safety and wellbeing across apprenticeships.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or electronic).
• Capable of handling issues with sensitivity and confidentiality.
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of engineering and manufacturing apprentices.
• Conduct regular documented progress reviews with apprentices.
• Provide end-to-end information and guidance on skills development.
