• Manage 100+ outbound and inbound calls to and from members in a timely manner
• Deliver enthusiastic communication to motivate potential members to utilize services
• Collect pertinent member history and triage to the appropriate nurse
• Collaborate with an integrated care team to support care coordination
• Provide concierge-level service to establish rapport and trust with members

• Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience
• Ability to navigate through multiple technology platforms
• Experience in cold calling is preferred
• Experience in a call center or fast-paced environment is preferred
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

• Experience in customer service or healthcare-related fields
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with data entry management and documentation skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Adaptability to different member personality types
