A local employment support organization is seeking a Connect to Work Adviser to empower individuals facing barriers to employment. This role involves managing caseloads, offering tailored advice, and collaborating with employers across various locations in West Sussex. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, experience in job brokerage, and excellent IT proficiency. A full driving license is mandatory for travel to different locations.

The Aldingbourne Trust delivers a variety of funded programmes aimed at empowering individuals within local communities. The Connect to Work programme supports residents who face barriers to employment—whether due to long-term unemployment, disability, health conditions, or other challenges—helping them move towards and maintain meaningful, paid work.
As a Connect to Work Adviser, you will play a key role in supporting eligible individuals to secure and sustain employment that aligns with their goals and abilities. You’ll manage a caseload, offering tailored, person-centred advice and guidance, while also building strong relationships with local employers to create suitable job opportunities.
