MARKETING ASSISTANT
My client are looking for an organised Marketing Assistant to join their team in a remote based role, but you must be based near Swindon.
Location: Remote role - must be based near Swindon.
Salary: £(phone number removed) pa plus lots of benefits
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm

Responsibilities
Day to day for the Marketing Assistant / Marketing Administrator will be:
- Provide administrative support across the marketing team.
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences and gather feedback to improve marketing strategies
- Maintain incoming leads, marketing databases, contact lists, and internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with the coordination of marketing campaigns, including scheduling, collating materials, and tracking progress.
- Support with the creation of reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
- Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to support marketing activities.
- Help manage the company’s websites and social media platforms with updates and content uploads.
- Handle general correspondence, invoices, and purchase orders relating to marketing activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ideally Canva
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- Some experience in marketing support
