MARKETING ASSISTANT

My client are looking for an organised Marketing Assistant to join their team in a remote based role, but you must be based near Swindon.

Location: Remote role - must be based near Swindon.

Salary: £(phone number removed) pa plus lots of benefits

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 09:00am - 17:30pm

Responsibilities

Day to day for the Marketing Assistant / Marketing Administrator will be:

  • Provide administrative support across the marketing team.
  • Conduct market research to understand target audiences and gather feedback to improve marketing strategies
  • Maintain incoming leads, marketing databases, contact lists, and internal systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with the coordination of marketing campaigns, including scheduling, collating materials, and tracking progress.
  • Support with the creation of reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
  • Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to support marketing activities.
  • Help manage the company’s websites and social media platforms with updates and content uploads.
  • Handle general correspondence, invoices, and purchase orders relating to marketing activities.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ideally Canva
