Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Freelance mid-weight User Researcher to conduct comprehensive UX research for a global accounting and payroll technology company. The role involves delivering actionable insights to shape product strategy and collaboration within agile teams. £290 / day (maximum)
Conduct end-to-end UX research across digital products.
Deliver actionable insights to influence product strategy and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and analytics.
Ideally, have experience working within a SaaS environment.
We’re working with a global accounting and payroll technology company to accelerate growth through user‑centred insights. As a Contract User Researcher, you’ll plan and execute both qualitative and quantitative research, analyse data, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to key stakeholders.
You’ll be embedded in an agile team, advocating user‑centred thinking, helping shape product strategy, and supporting continuous improvement of UX research practices.
