ServiceNow Change & Adoption Lead (Remote, 6-Month Contract)
Job summary
A leading professional services firm is seeking a ServiceNow OCM Lead for a six-month contract. This remote role involves leading change management and adoption strategies for a major digital transformation program. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow and be able to drive adoption across IT, HR, Risk, and Finance functions. This contract position requires strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and may involve workshops in London and occasional travel within the UK.
Qualifications
- Experience in leading change management initiatives, preferably in a digital transformation context.
- Strong background in communications strategy and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end change and adoption strategy for ServiceNow.
- Develop communication plans and stakeholder engagement materials.
