Job summary
A leading insights consultancy in the United Kingdom is seeking an Interim Research Director for an 8-month contract. This role focuses on enhancing research effectiveness and driving operational excellence within a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in market research, with expertise in segmentation and operational design. This position is remote and offers flexible working, ideally 4 days a week. Competitive salary of £75k pro rata is provided.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years of experience in market research with mixed methods.
- Skilled in segmentation and brand tracking.
- Experience in operational design and improving workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the development of standardised research methods.
- Improve workflows from quantitative setup to delivery.
- Coach researchers at all levels and embed best practices.
- Provide expert oversight on complex segmentation projects.
- Act as escalation support for senior leads.
