Job summary

A leading insights consultancy in the United Kingdom is seeking an Interim Research Director for an 8-month contract. This role focuses on enhancing research effectiveness and driving operational excellence within a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in market research, with expertise in segmentation and operational design. This position is remote and offers flexible working, ideally 4 days a week. Competitive salary of £75k pro rata is provided.

A growing insights consultancy is looking for an Interim Research Director to lead on research effectiveness, drive operational excellence, and guide a high-performing team through a crucial 8-month period.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coach researchers across all levels and help embed best practice
  • Provide expert oversight on complex segmentations and tracking projects
  • Act as escalation support for senior leads without being in the day-to-day
About you

  • Calm, confident, collaborative and not afraid to roll your sleeves up
