Salary: $3,000 USD per month + 5% recurring commission for each deal closed (average deal size is $2k/mo).Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Time

- 15 paid days off annually including US holidays

- Commissions structure: 10% of the first month’s retainer, then 5% recurring every month. Typically, commissions can range between $1500-3500 USD per month.
