This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team at a critical phase of a large-scale digital transformation programme.

Role Overview:
As PMO Manager / Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful governance and delivery oversight of a major SAP S/4HANA implementation. You will lead the PMO function, ensuring all projects are aligned with the overall programme strategy and delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the PMO function for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Drive programme governance, ensuring effective reporting, documentation, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, external vendors, and system integrators.
• Track project milestones and manage dependencies across workstreams.
• Provide strategic oversight and leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Report regularly to senior leadership and programme sponsors, ensuring transparency and control.
• Ensure full compliance with security, data, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Active SC Clearance - this is essential due to the nature of the programme.
• Strong experience in PMO leadership roles with hands-on involvement in SAP S/4HANA implementation programmes.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects in large, regulated organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels, from delivery teams to C-suite.
• Proficiency in using tools and methodologies for project tracking, reporting, and PMO governance.
