Unlike a standard regional role, this position requires working with complex, global organizations. You will work as a technical leader with GSI partners, providing technical expertise to support the technical sales, service creation, and implementation of company products and solutions.

This role involves collaborating with GSI partners to build technical practices, training them on technical aspects, and ensuring the successful design of joint service offerings. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving growth by fostering strong relationships with GSI solution architects and practice leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical leader for assigned GSI partners.
  • Collaborate with focus GSIs to develop comprehensive business plans that align to strategic objectives, specifically focusing on joint service creation and managed service offerings.
  • Apply Business and Technical Acumen to design and deliver customized solutions based on partner and customer needs, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Enablement & Practice Building
  • Plan and drive detailed technical training sessions for GSI teams, ensuring they are proficient in the company’s products and able to embed them into their own consulting and delivery frameworks.
  • Assist in the development and deployment of channel enablement materials suited for large-scale integrators, such as reference architectures and technical guides.
  • We are working to create partner experts for life.
Sales Support & Collaboration
  • Provide technical pre‑sales support to partners, including product presentations, demonstrations, and complex solution architecture design for large‑scale transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with your sales peers (GSI Alliance Managers) to identify opportunities for new partnerships and expand existing ones.
  • Support GSI partners with technical issues during and after product implementation, acting as a liaison between them and the company's technical support teams.
  • Collaborate with the product management and development teams to provide feedback on product improvements based on GSI and end‑customer feedback.
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in Partner Solution Consulting, pre‑sales engineering, or a similar technical role within the technology industry.
  • Prior experience working with GSIs (Global Systems Integrators) is required. A strong understanding of GSI business models (Consulting, Managed Services, Outsourcing) is essential.
  • Skilled in at least one of the following: Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Private/Public Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint, or SASE.
  • Experience in complex sales involving long sales processes with multiple buying centers and multi‑product solutions is preferred, as is typical in GSI environments.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team, managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel to support partners and attend events as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent military experience.
  • Previous experience selling, implementing, or managing SaaS offerings is strongly preferred.
