Job summary
A leading software company in Ohio is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to guide project teams and ensure timely task completion each sprint. The role involves building internal Salesforce applications and working closely with developers to define product requirements. Candidates should have experience in business analysis and software testing. This position is remote but requires occasional travel to Columbus for on-site meetings.
Qualifications

Job description
Overview
- Act as an agile scrum master to keep project teams on track, to ensure tasks are completed each sprint, and to plan out and execute the next series of sprints
- Help build internal Salesforce applications for business customers
- Use wireframes and screen mock-ups to help both development and end users better visualize requirements
- Interview internal users to understand the current use of product features and their business problems
- Create user stories and work with UI/UX designers to define product features
- Collaborate with the Developers, Application and Data Architects to produce technical specifications for custom developments and system integrations requirements
- Manage product demos with different stakeholders to get feedback for product improvement
- Help lead process flow analysis and process redesign
- Lead requirement discussions to document, analyze and translate functional and non-functional business requirements into project specifications, business process diagrams, and workflows
- Maintain requirements traceability and document change requests
- Create or update project deliverables, artifacts and technical specifications in accordance with client requirements
- Work closely with Architects, Developers, and PMs to define testing strategies
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures
- Perform Quality Assurance testing to meet project demands
- Assist the team with troubleshooting problems and developing recommendations/solutions
- Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to understand and document technical/functional IT requirements
- Ability to understand and test technical/functional IT requirements
- Experience with integration of applications to outside internal or external applications
Qualifications
- Experience as a business analysis experience in a structured software development environment 5 Years
- Experience as a quality assurance tester experience in a structured software development environment 3 Years
- Agile software development experience 2 Years
- Any Business Analyst Certification
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst Highly desired
- Bachelors Degree Highly desired
Notes
- Position is remote; but travel to Columbus is required as needed for on-site meetings.
- First round interviews will be via TEAMS. If candidate is local, second round may be in person at Rhodes Tower in Columbus.
