Social Worker, Children in Care Teams (up to £52,116 per annum)

This role involves supporting children through care proceedings or permanency arrangements. We have a dedicated Court progression Manager to support you during Care proceedings and an actively involved Family Finder and life story worker to ensure timely permanence for our children. Our practice model emphasizes a systemic approach using a compassionate mind framework, with clinical facilitators attached to each team for tailored support.
