Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that engage and support pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and communication needs
- Work closely with teaching assistants, families, and external specialists to implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Use ongoing assessments to track progress and refine teaching strategies
- Create a classroom environment that promotes respect, safety, and inclusivity
- Foster independence and self-esteem in all students
