Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?
Randstad Education is currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school environment in the local area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on helping children overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.

What you'll be doing:
  • Supporting students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, or SEMH

  • Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement individual learning plans

  • Providing one-to-one and small group support

  • Helping students stay engaged, motivated, and confident in the classroom

  • Assisting with behaviour management in a calm and supportive manner

  • Creating a safe, nurturing learning environment

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience working with children with SEN (in school or other relevant settings)

  • A patient, compassionate, and proactive attitude

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine interest in supporting children's development

  • Relevant qualifications or training (desirable, but not essential)
