• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare financial reports, including budgets and forecasts, for internal and external stakeholders.
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
• Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements and audits.
• Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient financial operations.

A successful Finance Officer should have:

• A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management practices.
• Experience with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate financial reports.
• Knowledge of financial regulations relevant to the not-for-profit sector.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

• A salary range of £26,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
