Job Description

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company objectives within the B2B food market
  • Manage and grow key client relationships with the Food Manufacturers
  • Optimise existing contracts and further Identify new business opportunities
  • Cross functional workings with the NPD, innovators, chefs, food creators, designers and deliverers
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximise profitability
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the FMCG industry and its evolving landscape within B2B

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Manager - B2B Food will have:

  • Strong experience within Foodservice, preferably Ingredients into the Food Manufacturers
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage client relationships effectively
  • Problem solver with the ability to service clients needs within a commercial framework
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams inc. NPD, Technical, Chef's etc.
