Graduate/Junior Propulsion Engineer

• Get hands-on with solid rocket motor ballistics and contribute to propellant grain geometry design to deliver precise thrust curves.
• Run advanced simulations to predict motor performance and support design decisions with data.
• Participate in hot-fire testing, analyse results, refine designs, and help bring concepts to life.
• Collaborate closely with specialists in materials, structures, and manufacturing; communicate findings clearly and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Receive mentorship from experienced propulsion engineers to develop skills in ballistics and grain geometry design.

• A degree in aerospace, mechanical, or a related field (postgraduate preferred but not essential).
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics.
• Proficiency with tools such as MATLAB, Python, C++, CFD or FEA.
• SolidWorks experience.
• Practical, hands-on experience with testing or lab work.
• A genuine interest in rocket propulsion and solving complex engineering problems.
