A cutting-edge digital experience company is seeking a Senior Optimisation Lead for their Customer Insight & Activation team. This remote role focuses on conversion rate optimisation (CRO), where you will manage multiple clients, devise CRO strategies, and work closely with diverse teams. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in digital optimisation and understands tools like Optimizely and Adobe. Beyond just client management, you will also analyze results and lead project initiatives, all while collaborating with top brands globally.

Contract - Remote
Optimisation Lead/Manager required to join our first‑class Commerce organisation and to work alongside a wide range of international clients. This is hands on role working directly with clients on their CRO and experimental campaigns.
