Job Title: Techno-Functional Business Analyst Trainee
Job Summary:

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst trainee with strong expertise in documentation and business analysis to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating detailed functional and technical documentation, and ensuring seamless communication between technology and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Technical & Functional Documentation:

  • Develop clear, concise, and well-structured documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
  • Create process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and system architecture documentation.
  • Maintain user guides, training manuals, and release notes for business and technical teams.

Techno-Functional Support:

  • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
  • Assist in system testing, UAT, and troubleshooting by aligning business processes with technical solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring smooth communication.

Process Improvement & Best Practices:

  • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Implement best practices in documentation, version control, and knowledge management.
  • Ensure compliance with company and industry standards in documentation and analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: [X] years of experience in business analysis, documentation, and technical writing.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with documentation tools like Confluence, JIRA, Visio, Lucidchart, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to create user stories, wireframes, mockups, and process models.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, databases, and enterprise applications (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical thinking.
