This is a rare opportunity for a top-tier Executive Assistant to a support a global leader who is an extremely high performing, fast paced Global CEO within a globally ambitious, future focused organisation.

Operating at the heart of the business, the EA will work in close partnership with the Chief of Staff and senior C-suite leaders including the COO and CFO, requiring absolute confidence, discretion and commercial awareness as well as being able to build a trusting relationship both internally and externally.

Acting as a true right hand to the CEO, you will take full ownership of complex everchanging, global diaries, intricate international travel and high stakes communications. You will manage a demanding inbox, prepare for and attend board meetings, taking minutes, coordinate global meetings across time zones and act as a trusted conduit between the CEO and senior stakeholders. This is a role for someone who operates several steps ahead, thrives under pressure and brings clarity and control to constant change.

The successful candidate will be a driven EA operating at CEO level, ideally from a FTSE 100 or equivalent top tier organisation. You will need to be resilient, fast-paced and adaptable, with the gravitas to support a clear, direct and highly driven CEO. Exceptionally organised and forward thinking, you will combine sound judgment with outstanding communication skills and a long term mindset, seeking a role with genuine global exposure and progression potential.
