We are looking for a Discipline Lead with excellent design, communication, technical, and sustainability skills who enjoys working collaboratively in multi-professional design teams, taking responsibility for projects from inception to completion to achieve outstanding results.
This leadership role involves responsibility for the financial performance of projects, including liaising directly with clients on fees and commercial matters. You will oversee total project delivery by enabling effective team management and delegation to ensure the efficient and satisfactory delivery of multiple, complex projects, reporting to the Project Director.
