Overview

The TTS Treasury Operations Manager role is fast-paced and essential to our daily success. You will oversee cash management, liquidity planning, financial risk management, and funding, working closely with senior management to optimize financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Cash and Liquidity Management: Oversee daily liquidity to meet operational needs and maximize capital efficiency.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and hedge financial risks.
• Treasury Systems & Processes: Develop and improve treasury systems and procedures for accuracy and efficiency.
• Strategic Support: Assist the Head of Treasury with planning, capital allocation, process improvements, and bank relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 5 years in treasury management, preferably in fintech, tech, or financial services.
• Attributes: Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proven Track Record: In cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking relations, and risk management.
• Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related. Certifications like ACT or CFA are a plus.
• Skills: Deep understanding of treasury products, markets, and risk management techniques.
