Job summary
A leading financial services firm is seeking a Senior Lead Software Engineer to design and maintain secure applications focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering, strong proficiency in Java, and expertise in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. Responsibilities include application onboarding, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position offers opportunities to drive innovation and mentor junior developers.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Lead / Senior Lead Software Engineering positions.
- Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages; Java is strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience in software engineering with a focus on IAM solutions.
- Proven experience in application onboarding and integration.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable applications and infrastructure.
- Lead the application onboarding process for new applications.
- Implement and manage cloud-based solutions to enhance scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features.
