A global HVAC/automation manufacturer is seeking an Applications Engineer/Technical Support Engineer to support clients with technical queries and provide sales support. Education
Join a global, leading HVAC/automation manufacturer. The role is office-based in Shepperton and requires a strong technical background across HVAC, controls, and automation sectors.
- Support clients with technical queries and provide internal sales support.
- Attend site to undertake technical surveys focusing on HVAC/automation products including sensors, flow meters, actuators, valves.
- Provide product updates, quotes, and lifecycle reports to customers.
- Offer assistance to Area Sales Managers with take‑offs, sizing, tender assistance.
- Travel to Shepperton as required.
- Experience as an Applications Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Technical Sales, Technical Sales Engineer, Internal Sales Engineer, or similar within HVAC, controls, or automation.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/automation products such as actuators, sensors, valves, dampers, or related building services equipment.
- Higher level qualification of HND/HNC or degree is advantageous.
- Ability to engage with various engineering departments.
- Ability to travel to Shepperton as required.
- £40,000‑£50,000
