Responsibilities

• Provide technical and aftersales support to dealers across Scotland and Northern Ireland.
• Liaise with manufacturing facilities to resolve product and technical issues.
• Deliver technical and operator training to dealer and service teams.
• Conduct product demonstrations for customers and partners.
• Process and manage warranty claims efficiently and accurately.
