A prominent NHS trust is looking for a Biomedical Engineer to manage medical devices and equipment. You will perform routine maintenance, investigate faults, and support users in making effective use of medical assets. The ideal candidate must have an HNC in electronics and a full UK driving licence. We have an exciting opportunity for a Biomedical Engineer in the Medical Device Service at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Trust. You will join a team of engineers who specialise in the management of medical devices and equipment at Rochdale Infirmary and in the NCA communities. This is a Trust wide post which will require the post holder to work on other sites across the NCA.
You will be working with a multi-professional Medical Devices Team who deliver engineering, governance and training services across a number of Care Organisations and community teams. This Team welcomes innovative approaches and aims to provide clear development pathways and opportunities for staff at every level.
