A leading tech company in the Milton Keynes area seeks a Support Engineer to provide in-depth support for Windows and Office 365. The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days on-site and 2 days remote. Support Engineer – M365, O365, Windows, Network, Field, 2nd Line, Printers, Azure, Active Directory, SAN, SQL, Hybrid (Milton Keynes area)
This is a fantastic Support Engineer opportunity to join a leading tech company. The role is Hybrid: 3 days a week in various offices around the Milton Keynes area, the remaining 2 days working from home. A driving licence and personal vehicle are essential; the company provides a car allowance.
As a Support Engineer you will work in Windows and MS365 environments, providing in‑depth support for Windows 11/10/7, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, laptops, mobile devices, Azure integration, printers, networking, tablets, backup and recovery. You will handle tickets covering firewalls, security, migrations, SCCM and SQL Server, engaging with third‑party and internal stakeholders via in‑person and remote support. Managing a high volume of tickets and maintaining excellent communication skills are essential.
