Applications Engineer / Technical Support Engineer / Project Engineer

Join a global, leading HVAC/automation manufacturer. The role is office-based in Shepperton and requires a strong technical background across HVAC, controls, and automation sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with technical queries and provide internal sales support.
• Attend site to undertake technical surveys focusing on HVAC/automation products including sensors, flow meters, actuators, valves.
• Provide product updates, quotes, and lifecycle reports to customers.
• Offer assistance to Area Sales Managers with take‑offs, sizing, tender assistance.
• Travel to Shepperton as required.

Requirements

• Experience as an Applications Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Technical Sales, Technical Sales Engineer, Internal Sales Engineer, or similar within HVAC, controls, or automation.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC/automation products such as actuators, sensors, valves, dampers, or related building services equipment.
• Higher level qualification of HND/HNC or degree is advantageous.
• Ability to engage with various engineering departments.
• Ability to travel to Shepperton as required.
