About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Client Manager to join our Deliveroo Media Partnership team. In this role, you will be a key commercial and client lead, responsible for growing investment from existing FMCG brands and unlocking new opportunities with those yet to partner with Deliveroo. You’ll forge strong senior-level relationships with brands and agencies, shape compelling media pitches, and influence the evolution of Deliveroo’s media proposition, playing a vital role in elevating Deliveroo as a go-to media owner in the FMCG space.

  • Developing and executing commercial strategies to grow FMCG brand investment
  • Building strong, senior relationships with FMCG clients and their agencies
  • Create compelling pitch content and positioning Deliveroo against other media platforms
  • Identifying growth opportunities within FMCG
  • Collaborating with Deliveroo's advertising and FMCG strategic partnerships teams
  • Managing and mentoring at least one direct report
  • Delivering high quality, insight-driven campaigns that meet client and business goals
