A leading digital marketing agency is seeking a Digital PR Associate Director to drive insight-driven PR and link acquisition strategies. You will leverage data to create impact-driven campaigns and enhance client visibility. The ideal candidate will have experience in outreach roles, capable of managing teams and client communications. This position is based in London, with a hybrid working model.

As Digital PR Associate Director, you’ll lead the development of insight‑driven digital PR and link acquisition strategies that are rooted in data and designed to deliver measurable business impact. You’ll combine creativity with analytical thinking to identify opportunities, shape campaigns, and ensure our clients’ digital presence grows in both authority and visibility.
Your day‑to‑day tasks will be varied, including tasks such as interrogating data sources (such as search data, competitor analysis, consumer insights, media landscapes) to identify opportunities and inform campaign strategy. You will translate campaign results into clear business outcomes, tying digital PR activity to SEO and wider marketing goals. You’ll also champion data‑led decision making across the team, ensuring campaigns are measurable, repeatable, and scalable. This will include content and campaign ideation, client communication, team workflow management, planning and delivery QA/QC, and training.
We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and has worked across global or multi‑market outreach campaigns before, with a strong focus on generating backlinks.
