Location: London (3 days in office)
Contract: Interim / FTC
Salary: paying up to £120,000
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a highly reputable global Bank seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager on a 12 month FTC. This is a specialist change and redundancy role focused on managing large-scale restructures, consultations, business sales and acquisitions. You’ll need to be confident advising at Executive level, leading complex consultations, and navigating high-volume redundancy processes within a large matrix environment. This is a great opportunity to use your experience to add value!
You must also have gained your ER experience within a Banking or Financial Services Global Matrix.
