As an inclusive, forward-thinking business, we pride ourselves on our approach to investing in our people across Avara Foods. We are seeking a highly competent and motivated HR Advisor to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity, based at our Brackley site.
The role is office-based, working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment that can be noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf-life products where hygiene standards are critical. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00, with flexibility required to support our twilight colleagues.
You will ensure the delivery of an efficient and effective HR service to all internal and external stakeholders, providing comprehensive and professional support on all people-related issues in line with our policies, processes, and legal requirements.
