A dynamic recruitment agency in Little London is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and building relationships with clients. This role offers a base salary of £25k with an OTE of £55k+, uncapped commission, and exceptional incentives including luxury trips and a gym membership. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.

A small team of 20, consultants joining have the unique opportunity to grow alongside the business and play a crucial role in their future success. The three founders remain actively involved, providing ongoing support and mentorship in the form of both classroom-style and on-desk training.
Established in 2019, they've been on an incredible journey since the start! With a US office opening in 2025, things are not slowing down!
- Source and identify potential candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screenings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Provide feedback and support to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Work towards targets/KPIs
- £25k base salary with OTE in year 1 of £55k+
- Commission structure up to 30% with uncapped earnings!
