Global Compensation Specialist

My client is hiring a Global Equity & Compensation Specialist to manage global equity programmes and support core compensation processes across People, Finance, Payroll and Legal. You’ll oversee Shareworks end-to-end, safeguard data accuracy, and act as the key point of contact for employee equity queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer global equity plans in Shareworks, including grants, vesting, exercises and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate equity data and lead regular reconciliations with HRIS, Payroll and Finance.
  • Oversee the Shareworks–HRIS integration and manage all ESPP activity.
  • Track cross-border moves and manage compliance, tax and reporting implications.
  • Support audits and drive process improvements to increase accuracy and automation.
  • Provide clear guidance to employees and maintain equity education materials.
  • Support compensation cycles, salary ranges, job levelling and reporting.
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting and market benchmarking.

  • 3+ years’ equity administration experience within a public company.
  • Strong Shareworks expertise (required).
  • Experience with global equity plans, ESPP and HRIS data management.
  • Knowledge of equity taxation, compliance and global reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and confident communication skills.
  • Experience with benchmarking tools (Radford, Mercer, etc.) is a plus.
  • CEP / CEPI / CCP certification and global exposure desirable.
