European products business in the north-west of England are seeking a dedicated SuccessFactors Specialist to join their European HR team. This role focuses on managing and optimizing SuccessFactors to support efficient HR processes and compliance. The position offers a hybrid work model and the opportunity to work within a dynamic, international environment committed to excellence and innovation.

• Lead the management and enhancement of HRIS platform, including workflows, reports, user training, and technical support.
• Act as the technical lead for HR automated processes and serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and Payroll teams.
• Manage projects aimed at simplifying and improving HR systems and processes.
• Ensure all HRIS activities are completed on time, collaborating closely with internal teams and support partners.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with internal standards and ESG data requirements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasts to monitor workforce trends and inform decision-making.
• Stay abreast of technological advances and develop strategies, policies, and procedures to incorporate new HR tech solutions.

• At least 5 years of relevant technical experience, with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven ability to translate functional needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
• Skilled in data analysis, creating dashboards, and generating HR metrics and reports.
• Strong project management skills and effective stakeholder communication.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English and capable of working effectively within a team and matrix environment.
