Maples Group went live with Workday across 13 countries, covering more than 3,000 employees, in January 2025. We are seeking an experienced and seasoned Workday professional to join a fast‑paced environment to supplement the team with their experience across various Workday modules as the team manages business as usual activities, continuous improvement projects and an upcoming Phase 2 implementation.
Current Workday scope: Core HCM, Core Compensation, Absence, Time Off, Performance Management, Reporting, Integrations
Phase 2 scope: Advanced Compensation, Advanced Workforce Planning (Adaptive Insights), Benefits, Learning, Recruiting
Following the successful Phase 1 go‑live, Maples Group have been going through a period of stablisation and improvement as Workday has been embedded across the organization ahead of a Phase 2 implementation beginning in January 2026.
Using their Workday experience, the Senior HR Systems Analyst will be an integral member of the HR Systems team, working with the HR function and wider business to support all things Workday. For business as usual and continuous improvement projects, they will need to review the requirements, collaborate with stakeholders to define, design and then configure the system to optimise Workday using a rigorous approach to testing and release of the changes.
The Senior HR Systems Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Phase 2 implementation project where they will actively participate across workstreams with our implementation partner; supporting Maples Group leads in system design, workbook completion and testing ahead of the move to Production.
The ideal candidate will have the experience and knowledge to be able to pick up high‑level requirements, quickly understand them within the context of the Workday modules in scope and the Maples Group build and then be able to ask the right questions to key stakeholders to design and build the solution.
