A recruitment agency is seeking an Interim Senior HR Advisor to enhance employee experience and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves providing guidance on HR policy and practices to leaders, optimizing team performance, and contributing to a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate should have significant HR experience, knowledge of employment law, and strong interpersonal skills. The position offers hybrid working in South Derbyshire and a salary of up to £45,000 plus additional benefits.
FTC - likely to go permanent
South Derbyshire - 2 days on site, 3 days at home
Full Time - 37.5 hrs per week (weekly early finish also)

We are looking for a proactive and hands on HR generalist to play a key role in enhancing the employee experience and aligning People Operations activity with organisational objectives. The successful candidate will build strong relationships across the business, provide trusted HR guidance, and contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
Suited to candidates who are immediately available or have short notice periods.
This process will initially move quickly, with interviews planned 17th, 18th and 19th December, then final on-site interviews to take place in early January. The successful candidate will need to be able to start in January 2026.
