Qualifications
- Experience in caretaking or cleaning.
- Confidence using powered equipment.
- A friendly, can‑do attitude and pride in your work.
- A Basic DBS check (we'll help with this).
Responsibilities
- Carry out caretaking and cleaning duties across communal areas.
- Perform lighting checks and replace bulbs as needed.
- Keep bin stores tidy and safe.
- Use powered equipment to keep things spotless.
- Be a visible, helpful presence for residents and visitors.
- Work closely with your team to keep everything running smoothly.

- Hours: Full-time 36 hours 7.30am to 15.30pm Mon - Fri
- Salary: £27,248 per year
