A leading snack company is looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager for its UK Chocolate Cluster. This role, based at the iconic Bournville plant, involves strategic financial leadership across multiple manufacturing sites. The successful candidate will work closely with the leadership teams to foster a culture of cost control, governance, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have extensive finance experience in manufacturing and proven skills in business partnering. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a high-performing finance team.
