A leading public service organization in the UK seeks an Estates and Facilities Administration Assistant to provide clerical and office support. The successful candidate will have experience in a busy office, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently in a team environment. We are seeking to fill an upcoming vacancy for the role of Estates and Administration Assistant. The Estates and Facilities Department manages a mixed portfolio of buildings and facilities (Owned buildings, leased and PFI), ensuring our buildings are clean, safe and accessible.
Reporting directly to Property Manager you will be responsible for assisting the with a varied range of clerical and office-based task to support the operation of the Estates and Facilities team ensuring the department provides a customer focused service.
