A health insurer and provider is seeking a Lead Therapist to provide clinical leadership to a mental health team. This role involves delivering clinical sessions, improving customer experiences, and mentoring staff. Contract: Remote (UK based only)

Salary: Competitive salary + fantastic benefits
Part time and full time hours available: Minimum 4 days per week (30 hours per week). Two days clinical and 2 days management.

The Lead Mental Health (MH) Therapist will provide clinical leadership and support to a team of MH Clinicians, working collaboratively with other members of the management and leadership team to ensure provision of high standards of clinical practice and customer service, while contributing to the achievement of key strategic objectives.
