  • Salary: £TBC per annum
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends
  • Location: Warminster

Your Role
  • Carry out a detailed scope of work to advise the design, specification & installation of cost‑effective / energy‑efficient systems for building services replacement.
  • Ensure projects are specified, tendered, procured, and executed in a timely and cost‑effective manner.
  • To ensure that all projects are delivered in line with the CDM regulations and ADSLs Safe System of Work, Asbestos Management and QHSE requirements.
  • Manage the planning of works in line with the Lifecycle periodicity plans and Garrison rates of use.
  • Provide concise reports to the AMP Manager on all programme and project deliveries.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications
  • Hold an HNC/HND or City & Guilds level or equivalent in a relevant discipline preferably with a professional membership e.g., IET or CIBSE. A recognised formal Project Management qualification, with an industry recognised qualification in engineering, building or facilities management.
Experience
  • A team player who is practical, flexible and proactive with the strength to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines. The ability to utilise undertaken analysis of survey information and other related estates data to provide succinct Scope of Works to support Change, the Lifecycle Plan and AMP.
Skills
  • Technically competent with the ability to think analytically in a logical and systematic manner which shows a structured approach to organising work. Have excellent people, time and project management skills with good attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Driving Licence
  • Full UK valid driving licence required.
