A prominent college in the New Forest area seeks an Estates and Facilities Supervisor to oversee maintenance and compliance for the college estate. This full-time role requires experience in facilities management, particularly within mechanical and electrical environments, and knowledge of CAFM systems. The successful applicant will manage contractors, ensure safety standards, and provide operational support for facilities issues. We have an exciting opportunity for an Estates and Facilities Supervisor to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £34,992 - £40,568 per annum.
We are a high-achieving college who attract around 2,800 sixth form students across the region each year. We are based within the stunning New Forest National Park and offer our students a huge range of courses and superb facilities.
As the Estates and Facilities Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Estates Manager in the effective operation, maintenance, and compliance of the college estate. This role has a strong focus on Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system input and oversight, ensuring that all mechanical and electrical (M&E) planned and reactive tasks are delivered in line with statutory requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
