About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic, driven and academically strong graduates to work as Graduate Teaching Assistants at an outstanding secondary school in Brentford, West London. Starting in September 2025, this full-time role will give you the opportunity to work closely with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, particularly those who are currently working below their expected attainment levels.
You will support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping to close learning gaps and build confidence. You’ll gain valuable classroom experience, develop essential behaviour management skills, and learn how to deliver effective interventions — all under the guidance of experienced teachers and mentors.
This is an ideal opportunity for graduates planning to apply for teacher training courses (such as PGCE, School Direct or Teach First) in the near future.
