• Conduct technical due diligence and condition assessments.
• Prepare dilapidations schedules and negotiate outcomes.
• Provide contract administration duties on various projects.
• Support project management from inception through delivery.
• Perform reinstatement cost assessments for insurance.
• Administer party wall advice.
• Conduct stock condition surveys for asset management.

• Party Wall advice and administration
• Stock Condition Surveys for asset management programmes

About You

• A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
• Good understanding of building pathology and construction technology

• Excellent report writing and attention to detail
