Cobalt is supporting a long-standing client on a new hire.

The client is a well-established private practice in London, specializing in all areas of real estate across commercial and residential asset classes.

This role is suitable for a Graduate Commercial Property Manager or newly qualified Surveyor eager to engage in a hybrid Property and Asset Management role, with responsibilities split as 40% Asset Management and 60% Property Management.

The role involves managing multiple clients' industrial warehouses and retail assets across Central London and the South East.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law, leases, rent reviews, acquisitions, disposals, and service charge budgets.

Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus, depending on experience and level.

Hybrid working arrangement: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
